Under this policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made in written to our email ID <strong>info@kragbuzzsports.com\u00a0<\/strong>within 24 hours of placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation request for any order with personalization or any sort of modification\/alteration, cancellation will not be possible, if personalization\/modification\/alteration has already been processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No cancellation request shall be entertained for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No cancellations shall be entertained for those products on which special offers\/discounts has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Holi, Eid, Valentine\u2019s Day, any festivals etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
