TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR CUSTOMISED ORDERS & BULK ENQUIRIES

1. PAYMENT TERMS:

50% Advance payment at the time of finalizing the order.
100% Advance payment in case of Urgent Orders.
Balance payment at the time of dispatch.
Delivery will not be made in case of Non-Payment
Interest will be charged at 18% per annum if the payment is not made on delivery.
Please ask our Accounts Section for Performa Invoice at the time of finalizing the order.

Please note that production will not start without receiving advance payment confirmation.

Bank details shall be sent by our Accounts Team.

2. TAXES:

5% GST on the Garments with MRP less than Rs.1000/-
12% GST on the Garments with MRP more than Rs.1000/-

3. HSN CODE:

61 – Garments / Sportswear
65 – Caps and Hats

4. FREIGHT AND FORWARDING CHARGES:

Freight and Forwarding charges are to be paid by the Customer/Purchaser.

All the prices are Ex-Factory. Customer can choose the mode of Transport and need to pay for the same accordingly. In any case we Cascades (India) will not pay the freight or courier charges.

We will NOT bear any Delivery or Courier Charges.

5. APPROVAL OF DESIGNS:

We request you to kindly approve the final design and send it on our email ID mentioned.
Only after an official approval we shall start the production.
Please go through the Designs, Logos, Fonts, Colours, Spellings, Sizes, Numbers etc. before giving the final approval.

6. DELIVERY TIME:

We need a minimum of 10-15 days for production after the confirmation of the design and order.
Our executive will confirm the delivery date at the time of taking the order.
Please confirm the delivery date with our executive at the time of placing the order.

7. SIZE CHART:

Please refer to our size chart before giving us the sizes. We will not be responsible for any issue with the sizes after delivery. We can even provide samples for checking the sizes.
We have different size charts for Domestic (Indian) buyers and International (US/UK/EUR/AUS) buyers. Kindly confirm the size chart before placing the order.

8. SAMPLING:

Sampling will be chargeable.

Please do not expect Free-sampling.

Sampling will take 10-14days. Sampling will be done for an order of more than 50pcs.

9.We request our customers/buyers to count the number of goods received at the time of delivery and sign the Delivery Note/Challan every time they receive the goods.

We will not be responsible for any discrepancy later.

10. All Disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only

11. Goods once sold will not be taken back. Kindly check the goods at the time of delivery.

12. Goods once printed or customized will not be changed or re-printed.
